Stone Paver Installation for Rowhome Back Patio

I want to install stone pavers in my back patio but am looking for a skilled hand to do it. The patio area measures approximately 13' x 15' (ground is a mixture of soil and mulch with picture included) and I've already figured out the paver style/color/size I'd want to lay down.
