Recently retired, no family, have a few friends but am not from this area and would like to find a Christian fellowship group that occasionally does things together..... lunch or coffee, walks along the river, parks (I have two Welsh corgis), bike ride, concert, day trip somewhere fun etc. I worked in Christian radio for 30 yrs in MN, am a warm but somewhat shy person that doesn't really know how to make friends. I've met wonderful people in my church but only see them on Sundays or at church events. I am intensely lonely for the first time in my life. Am an avid camper but due to gas prices and recent surgery, am limited right now. Also enjoy crafts and card making. Retirement has been a blessing in some ways but the loneliness is more than I was prepared for and I feel like I'm dying.
