Axolotl and tank

Full grown female axolotl. Please be knowledgeable of their care. Asking fee of 145 because I paid 50 for her as a baby, she’s worth more now, the tank is in perfect condition basically brand new. (20 gal, filter, lights, decor, sand, and all her food live and pelleted) I really am sad to rehome her because I’ve had her for about a year and a half but I am now disabled and cannot care for her.
