Van City RV is looking for Lot Assistant/Janitorial person to join our growing team. Responsible for cleaning RV exteriors and interiors for retail delivery for new and pre-owned motorhomes, applying to interior and exterior of RV protective product, prepping newly arrived units and photographing for online display. Also responsible for a variety of housekeeping duties around the dealership. Follows instructions from Sales Manager and Office Manager for cleaning units. Complies with all applicable safety regulations. Communicates clearly with and takes direction from colleagues and supervisors to insure our quality control process exceeds all expectations of customer service. Job Requirements: · High School Diploma/GED · Organizational skills · Communication skills · Physical dexterity enough for bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, light lifting and walking as needed · Attention to detail · Highly-motivated · Ability to work independently as well as on a team · Must be able to work flexible hours · Looking for someone to grow with the company · Professional cleaning experience preferred · Driver's License Required
