Looking to rent a plane in exchange for flight instruction

I'm accruing flight hours in order to qualify for the airlines, and am having difficulty getting cross country hours. I'm trained as an instructor pilot, so I can teach you how to fly. I'd like to either rent a plane for a decent rate, or I'm happy to instruct at little to no cost in exchange for taking cross-country flights. Any help would be much appreciated! I've been working on this for over 3 years, and am only 200 hours away from joining the airlines. Eager to qualify soon!
