I'm looking for someone that can help move heavy things like appliances, breeze blocks, planter boxes Building Supplies Etc into a trailer and off the trailer. I'm looking for someone that can Pace themselves and work all day. I will meet with the person in the morning and give a list and then come back. Job can continue for months if the work is good. I am finishing up a house to sell. I need help. I need someone 20 hours a week. Check will be mailed to your residence on your driver's license every week by bill pay. 1099 contractor only. Potential for future for the right person. I need someone that can understand the list I give them and work on it the way I want. You must bring driver's license with you and I will run background check before I hire anyone. I need someone extremely honest. There is lots of work for a good person. If you speak Spanish that's a big plus. Please tell me if you have any specific skills like cement, carpentry, small engines, Plumbing electrical whatever
