REHOMING 1 y/o male cat

We're rehoming Baker. We rescued him last weekend (6/18) at Cortland Midtown Apartments from under the stairs and have not been able to find his owners. We hasn't neutered, so we got that taken care of and got him up-to-date on all his shots and basic treatments. He's a great little guy but our resident cat is an only cat, so we can't keep him. We think he'll get along fine with another male cat about his age that will play with him. He might be OK with dogs but we really don't know. He's fine with kids and adults, but might be a little too rambunctious for babies/toddlers. We have him listed for adoption through Meow House Cat Rescue.
