Kittens need EMERGENCY Care - Will capture and deliver

There are two kittens outside/under my shop. I tried to catch them the other day and couldn't but noticed they had some sort of eye infection. Now, they are coming up to me as if asking for help. I think they are blind now. Unfortunately, I am beyond broke and can't even buy eye drops for them. Really, I don't even have $20 at this moment and they can't wait much longer. I'm not asking for money. If anyone knows what kind of eye infection this could be, has spare medicine, or is willing to take them to give them care then I'll be glad to hold them. I have two cats and am afraid to take them inside as I wouldn't be able to afford medicine if my two cats got sick and I can't keep them apart. Also, if anyone knows what homemade cures there may be please let me know. Update: (Sunday, Noon) Thanks for all the replies but most of them I have already tried. I've spoken to several vets that will not take them without payment. The animal shelter will not take them as they are sick. One cat rescue refused them. I'm still waiting to hear from another. Their mother is still with them and she is also very small. She is a calico. The kittens are a tabby and a solid black kitten. I have two cats inside my shop which is basically one room with no doors so i can't care for them inside without risking my other two cats. If anyone is willing or able to care for them I'll catch them. Thanks everyone for your suggestions and I can still use some more.
