"So, Judge, if a case came before the Court to reverse Roe, what would you do?" To a nominee they stated that Roe was settled law, a super precedent, that will not be reversed by me!! I would argue that the three of them with today's Dodd decision committed perjury in the US Senate. That is a high crime and constitutes an impeacable offense. When the Democrats increases their majorities in both the House and Senate this fall, we must remove the three Trump appointees to the High Court. Roe is not Dead!!!
