Lock Key Property Solutions is seeking an Experienced Subcontractor to complete Property Preservation work orders in the Dallas/Ft.worth area and could be further depending on the work load. The work orders will consist of but not limited to lawn services,Lock changes, Debris removal, Maid service, Moving items from home, securing (re key, lock box), board ups. You must have the following: Able to submit and pass background check with Aspen Grove (cost will be at your expense) prior to starting. -Must have reliable transportation with Valid driver's license & current auto insurance -General liability & errors/omissions insurance (preferred) -Must be able to use mobile apps such as Pruvan/PPW or willing to learn to take clear & valid photos for proof of work. -Must be able to utilize email/cell phone for work communications. - Must be able to complete work orders timely,efficiently with minimal supervision & be Trustworthy/Dependable. -Able to work at least 5 days a week or 6 depending on work load.
