The only subject in the new gun law bill that throws up concerns is the ( RED FLAG LAW).which for now is supposed to catch those with mental issues ok. Problem is that if they want to call you mental and your not you will have to provide proof. Guilty before innocent. In the meantime they take your rights and your guns. You'll have a hell of a time beating it. The red flag law part is very sketchy. I invite you to read it and you will see how it can be manipulated for the sole purpose of the removal of guns to law abiding citizens. This part of the bill is why Grassley is against passing it as well with others with the same concerns not because there gun advocates The background checking and 21are good laws and have been in place in most states for many years. Not a big issue.
