Join us today!   What you'll do: Maintenance Management - Obtain the community's ongoing & preventative maintenance along with vendor relations, emergency protocols, and daily maintenance work order tasks. Customer & Resident Relations - Ensure consistency of quality work and timeliness of request turnaround while managing excellent customer service.  What you'll need:  High School Diploma or Equivalent; preferred experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Basic computer skills required.  Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.  In 1986, Asset Living was founded with a vision to serve communities better.
