FORMER HOUSE ARRET OFFICER NEEDS A TEST GROUP TO HELP PROVE THE VIABILITY OF VIDEO HOUSE ARREST. We are testing a video monitoring program....The participants,preferably those who are on or have been on probation, parole or house arrest, will agree to be monitored around the clock for 60 days by a gps tracker on their smartphone and by wifi cameras in their bedroom. They will agree to obey the supervisor as kind of a "second probation officer." Disobedience eliminates the person from contention. We are testing the concept of replacing traditional probation or house arrest with smartphone and wifi camera monitoring. The person who has helped us the most and been most cooperative will get the $25,000 after the sixty days. EVERYONE ELSE WHO FOLLOWS THE RULES RECEIVES $750 A WEEK FOR 9 WEEKS. The main purpose is to present an idea to probation departments. HOWEVER, WE HAVE A STRONG POSSIBILITY OF CREATING A 60-DAYS-IN STYLE OF REALITY SHOW OUT OF THIS.
