Looking for a laborer/painter/handyman to help on odd jobs around Manhattan and Lincoln-way area. Pay is $15-$30 an hour based on experience. This could be night and weekend work for someone already employed full-time and looking for extra money, or could help supplement if your in-between jobs, or for a retired person needing extra money to supplement retirement. May be willing to offer discounted rent on one of our apartments to a retired person that can be on call if something breaks or needs to be fixed and is willing to help paint and work on odd jobs around our buildings when tenants move out or when general maintenance and upkeep is needed.
