Hiring for all trades including structural and finish work. Building a general labor crew for home renovations. Training will be provided to those who are inexperienced and you aren't required to have tools. Work will be full time or part time and scheduling is very flexible. Work is generally in the Lutz area. Your pay depends on your level of experience and the tools you are able to provide. Experienced people that can perform valuable trades and provide tools can earn between $160 - $400 a day. Inexperienced people without tools will start at $120 a day and I will give you a raise as soon as you are able to work without supervision. Each completed project you will receive a bonus based on the quality of work you have done. Pay is given at the end of each completed project, which should be less than one week from the time you start working.
