Cleaner needed for short term rental

Hello, Looking for a reliable and honest cleaning crew. We have 2629 sqft home that we went for 1 month minimum stays to guests. Their checkout time is 11am and new guest check in is 5pm. We need a cleaner that can do full turnover cleaning between 11am-5pm -- I believe a crew of at least 2 will be needed to get everything done in time. The first cleaning we will need is July 2nd and the next cleaning we will need is July 7th (once a year we have family come for a short stay). I will list everything that the house needs below; **We pay (via Zelle, Venmo, cash app, mailed check, or however you like to be paid) $300 for turnover of guests that stay less than 60 nights, $370 for turnover of guests that stayed longer than 60 nights (this is to compensate for longer time for dust/cobb webbs/regular scuffs to accumulate. *The house is generally very clean and guests do some checkout work to prepare for your cleaning. If there is any spills, stains, messes/trash, pet hair that is more than regular wear and tear it is expected that you take a picture/send to me and we will agree on an extra fee paid to you to clean *Between July 2 and 7 I am going to put a supplies closet stocked with all the supplies needed for at least a year (soaps, toilet paper, batteries, light bulbs, etc) *Confirm there is no damage to the home and let me know if any maintenance needs to be scheduled. If you are interested please respond with your experience and if you think the price we pay is fair. Regular cleaning/Every service Kitchen - Countertops, sink, fixtures, walls/cabinets (only visible scuffs or marks, magic eraser works great for this), all appliances inside and out in including pop up stove vent. Check inside cabinets and make sure all cookware/glassware/etc and shelves are clean. - Stock a hand soap at sink, ensure there is dishwasher soap, dish soap/sponge, and countertops spray cleaner such as windex or lysol spray. Two paper towel rolls in the cabinet, 1 on the paper towel holder on the sink. Drawer next to sink: 4 AA batteries and keychain gate clicker Whole house - check walls/doors/trim for scuffs/marks/cobb webbs/dust and clean - Spot clean all windows - Check for light bulbs that have gone out, replace as needed - Replace front door lock with new AA batteries - Vacuum all carpet, stairs, tile and furniture - Vacuum furniture - Mop tile with sanitizer - Dust all shelves/tv/decoration/window sills/blinds as needed - Trash out, new bags in each can with a roll of replacement bags at the bottom of each can - Change filter in air system - Make sure all windows are closed Do all laundry - Towels/sheets/linens/rugs ran through the washing machine/dryer - Towels folded and replaced/hung in each bathroom - Rugs replaced in bathrooms and y exterior doors after cleaned - Make beds - Check comforters for stains or dirty appearance, clean as needed - Let me know if there is any stains that wont come out or if - Make sure detergent, softener, clorox is stocked, spot stain treatment is stocked Bathrooms - countertops, sinks, fixtures, tubs, shower deep cleaned and sanitized - Each bedroom stocked with body soap, shampoo, hand soap at sink. If any of these is half full or more they can be used again just make sure to clean the outside and nozzle. 4 spare toilet paper on back of toilet, new roll on holder. Bedrooms - make beds nicely - Clean fans for dust Exterior - make sure there is no messes or trash - Clean patio furniture of cobb webbs and dust - Clean table tops - Grill; make sure there is at least a half tank of propane, wipe down outside of grill, if inside of grill is dirty we will pay and extra fee to get it clean if it is unusually dirty and needs oven cleaner- just send me picture to document and we will agree on an extra fee if needed
