OBRC is the industry steward of Oregon’s nationally recognized beverage container deposit program. We help keep Oregon beautiful by providing outstanding services to our partner distributors and retailers, and to the public for the recovery, reuse, and recycling of beverage containers. Summary This position is responsible for loading customer BottleDrop bags on commercial truck trailers at specific retail locations in Newberg, Tualatin, and Wilsonville. $20 per hour PLUS $500 Hiring Bonus paid once you complete 90 days of service! Schedule: We are open to either part time or full time, work is available 7 days a week 8am-5pm Primary Duties & Responsibilities Load trucks, insuring all items are counted and loaded and that load is properly secured Keep accurate counts of items to be recorded Monitor supply inventories and advise driver of any needs Maintain a clean and organized workspace and retail storage area Education/Experience High School diploma or GED Requirements – Skills, Job Knowledge & Abilities Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the day Ability to use a pallet jack and bag racks to move material Professional demeanor in both attitude and appearance Able to safely operate a lift gate Have a valid drivers license Supervisory Responsibility None Travel Report to as many as 4 locations as scheduled Have your own dependable transportation to get to sites during the day Working Conditions/Physical Requirements Work in an outside environment in all types of weather Work in tight spaces and trailers Climbing stairs and working on uneven ground Repetitious physical activity Apply for Truck Loading Attendant - SW Portland Metro (Req. 3616) using the link below:
