Title: Washbay Associate Location: Canby, OR Wilson Construction has an immediate opening for a Washbay Associate to clean various utility equipment and trucks, and maintain washbay equipment in an indoor, temperature controlled bay. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a construction mechanical environment or similar position. Requirements: • Positive, can-do attitude; • Self-motivated; • Hard working; • Reliability and dependability; • Willing to work overtime and some weekends; • Ability to observe and maintain safety standards; • Clean driving record; • Must be over 18 years of age; • Able to lift 50lbs; • Some mechanical aptitude; and • Excellent communication skills. Hourly wage plus OT as needed and excellent benefits package including employer paid medical, dental, vision, 401(k), personal time off and holiday pay.
