Job Overview You'll be part of a rapidly growing start up, with the ability to gain new skills, with a flexible schedule offering 20-40hrs/week. This role involves helping to manufacture our touch up paint product which involves a range of simple tasks from running a pumping and label machine, to boxing product. Whether you are seeking a second source of income, a summer gig (college student, teacher) or longer term, flexible employment, this role could be for you. Duties & Responsibilities Some of your duties may include: • Run and operate a semi-automated liquid pumping device, label machine and/or shrink wrapping machine • Boxing finished product • Setting up equipment and cleaning, involving basic soap and water • Use technology like computers to track production and inventory • Intake new supply inventory and put away • Check for production quality • Rotate tasks throughout the week Other Requirements • Professionalism – good time management skills plus ability to work independently and responsibly • Physical: Occasionally Lift up to 49 pounds, stand, walk, sit, bend, and reach during shifts • Technology – have Smartphone and email • Communication – by email/phone and fluent in English What it's like inside our operations • Surroundings. You’ll be inside our warehouse space, which is quiet and allows for autonomous work, in a clean and safe environment • Activity. Some activities may require sitting or standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or moving trays of product • Dress code. Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required. Why You’ll Love this Job • Stay busy. We’ll teach you how to operate equipment and help develop your skill set as far as you want to go, from basic equipment operations, to more advanced inventory management and operations best practices Additional Information and Requirements • Interviews are conducted via ‘ZOOM’ • Job offer contingent upon a background check • 1099 Independent Contractor position; no benefits are offered • Pay Rate: $20-25/hr • One work location • Must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
