Job Overview You'll be part of a rapidly growing start up, with the ability to gain new skills, with a flexible schedule offering 20-40hrs/week. This role involves helping to manufacture our touch up paint product which involves a range of simple tasks from running a pumping and label machine, to boxing product. Whether you are seeking a second source of income, a summer gig (college student, teacher) or longer term, flexible employment, this role could be for you. Duties & Responsibilities Some of your duties may include: • Run and operate a semi-automated liquid pumping device, label machine and/or shrink wrapping machine • Boxing finished product • Setting up equipment and cleaning, involving basic soap and water • Use technology like computers to track production and inventory • Intake new supply inventory and put away • Check for production quality • Rotate tasks throughout the week Other Requirements • Professionalism – good time management skills plus ability to work independently and responsibly • Physical: Occasionally Lift up to 49 pounds, stand, walk, sit, bend, and reach during shifts • Technology – have Smartphone and email • Communication – by email/phone and fluent in English What it's like inside our operations • Surroundings. You’ll be inside our warehouse space, which is quiet and allows for autonomous work, in a clean and safe environment • Activity. Some activities may require sitting or standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or moving trays of product • Dress code. Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety.
