Two year old cat rehoming

Two year old Grace needs to be rehomed. She likes to follow you around and get pets, ultra sweet lap cat. Can't keep her because she just does not get along with other animals and neither of them really feel comfortable together so I'm hoping she'll feel more comfortable with another family, either with no other animals or with lots of patience and/or experience with training. Looking for 60 dollar rehoming fee
