Found cat: small, female, raccoon-like tail

This cat has been coming around for about a month now. We’ve been giving her food and water as she’s seemed hungry. We were hoping she had a home and was just giving us visits, but she seems skinnier than normal, her fur is less taken care of, and is not looking as healthy- we are worried. She has a raccoon-like tail. If you own her, please contact us!! We would love to get her safe and healthy
