They are fugitives and most recently stole 4 freshly refinished BMW wheels and Tires in Bellevue. Also may be the catillic converter crooks. These theives were spotted around NE 8th street on camera and police have their license plate but suspect it is a stole plate. 1000.00 cash reward for arrest or return of the black BMW wheels and Tires.
