Fix boat windshield and frame

Description

Last October, a wind storm lifted up my bimini frame and shattered a side glass panel on my 2005 Bayliner 285SB in Sausalito. The boat is at Clipper. I have been trying to find someone to fix it ever since. There is an active insurance claim and I have quotes for the new bimini frame and top. But I can't move forward with that until I get a new side windshield and the frame repaired. Here is the solution I think is best - but I need someone to do the project from start to finish. Reference pictures. 1) Push the front curved windshield back into place. You can see it slightly lifted out of the frame to the right of the bow-access. The bow-access frame may need to be rebuilt. 2) The starboard side windshield (side windshield, not the front curved glass) was shattered. This piece can be manufactured at TAP Plastics and replaced with marine acrylic. The replacement would need to be installed. 3) The metal frame on the starboard side that secures the windshield may need to be rebuilt or possibly repaired. A metalworker may be able to bend it back into place. Summary a) Front curved windshield secured back into place. b) Shattered starboard side windshield replaced with marine acrylic. c) Windshield framing repaired/rebuilt and reinstalled. At the end of the project, the frame should be secured and ready to have the bimi top and frame installed. Please email me with an estimate range and/or time(s) you're available to meet me at the boat to assess the project.
