The Ruby Band, based in Pleasanton, CA., is actively performing Corporate Events and Wedding gigs. Our regular lead guitarist got busy with his other band so we seek a permanent new player who can also sing backing vocals. Our ideal gig frequency is 1x or 2x per month. (2) Because we minimize the number of rehearsals, each band member woodsheds individually and shows up knowing the songs and their parts. We use the arrangement and nuances of the original studio recordings for each song as the reference. (3) Based on that, lead guitarist needs to play the iconic solos with authenticity. (5) Best to live within 45 min. drive of eastern Pleasanton (at Livermore border).
