Beware of DR horton

We bought a house 3 yrs ago in Waters edge in North myrtle beach and were charged several thousands of dollars in HOA fees The HOA fees gave us mulch 2 or 3 times a yr and access to pool and lawn gets cut every thurs The mulch happened 1 time The pool i used 2 times and the lawn guys dont put the blade down and yet somehow break sprinkler heads 3 times a yr We were told the house has a 1 yrs warranty that has repair intervals at 90 days and 6 months and 1 yr and during this time frame Dr Horton sent out a letter stating the warranties would,b honored but only after covid and warranties are on hold and DR Horton will contact on when warranty repairs resume The very next letter comes in just after the warranty expires stating the warranty will not b honored because time lapsed Sine then i found out myself and 15 other homes lost money to HOA under false pretenses and we arent even members of the HOA Paperwork was never filed even though thousands was taken per home To add to matters there is a new managment company who never recieved hundreds of thousands of dollars from DR Horton for HOA funds because DR horton misapprooriated the funds Not sure where cause theres nothing new here the money went on 1 womans home is only a few yrs old and needed a new roof DR horton did not honor Most people i run across in DR horton developments dont speak english and i question whether they are even licensed or insured to be doing the jobs they are given Anyone else interested in a class action lawsuit feel free to email me your info Dr Horton is a fraud DO NOT BUY FROM DR HORTON
