Caretaker needed for baby boy

I am looking for a responsible, mature and loving person to take care of my son full time Monday through Thursday, and a half day on Friday. My ideal situation is that you are already a parent yourself and have a child between 4 months and toddler age; I want my son to have the interaction with other children if possible. I would drop my son off at your house each morning. This is not to say I would not be willing to hire you if you don't have kids though, and I'm also willing to consider having you work in my home, although this is less ideal for me. I am looking for someone to start right away. Please only reach out to me if this really seems like it could be a good fit for you. Pay is DOE and negotiable. No smokers, please.
