Art studio share available in an industrial building 1st floor. Studio is located about 7 min walk from Greenpoint Station G train. Half of studio will be open from July 1st as my current studiomate is moving to a new space closer to his home. It will be a private studio on ground floor shared with only one artist(me). The price is one of the best in the area:) Rent will be 350 which include all utilities -first, last, a deposit required Ideal to find someone who wants to stay for a long term but I am flexible. (3 months minimum please) -Size: your space will be about 182" x 80" on one side 74" on another side(slight difference left and light side) 182" is the longest wall in picture. I have same size space behind the pics. -There is no window in the studio space, but more wall space that means;) -about 7 min walk from G Line Greenpoint station -24/7 access -heat, air, wifi, overhead lights, lounge, restrooms, slop sink, elevator for loading, natural light, mail/package delivery etc -at least one month notice is asked when leaving -Picture shown is space that will be yours and everything in the pictures will be gone. I have the other side of the studio. About me: A painter I do oil painting and drawing mainly, & I'm friendly but respect others needs too ;) Mostly in studio in the morning ~11am or at night so looking for someone who prefer to work in day time.
