Qualifications:
- Ability to perform custodial duties as required.
- Ability to get along well with staff and members.
- Ability to take instructions from immediate supervisor and other staff members.
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Must show initiative in performing custodian work.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to physically lift tables and chairs and set up rooms.
Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning the building includes: emptying all trash; dusting; mopping; sweeping; vacuuming, and waxing floors.
Cleaning of bathroom floors, walls, toilets, sinks, counter tops, and mirrors; washing windows and mini-blinds;
Setup for meetings will include: setting up and taking down of all tables, chairs, and other items needed.
