You have a smart phone, can take pictures.
Know the streets of Middletown
Can do carpentry, can you build steps and railings
Can you install doors and windows.
Mason work.
Can do roof and soffit repairs
Do you have tools
I'm a small property Mgr and real estate agent. I only have a couple of guys.
We have 3 buildings to paint in Newburgh but most of our work is Middletown.
