Check system and clean inside unit, pull and clean blower fan, and clean coil. Inside unit is located in basement, Condencer is easy to access our back. Pump down lines and cap and take coil out and clean it thoroughly - $200. Clean it in place thoroughly - $150. As well as cleaning outside Condencer and taking out and cleaning blower fan - check system performance, capacitor, etc. Change capacitor if needed. Whatever small tune-ups needed.
