Need furniture moved up a few stairs and to curb

I'm moving and need a few things moved out of my apartment, up a few steps, and about 30 feet to the curb where they will be offered for free. I'm disabled and can't lift them, but they're not super heavy. 2 night tables, 3 bookshelves, 1 futon, 1 armchair, and 1 king size bedframe and mattress. Whoever shows up first at Noon today and does it gets $100 cash.
