Short-term property management company is looking for contract Airbnb turnover specialists Breckenridge or Georgetown would be an ideal locations, we have properties in Breckenridge, Georgetown and Silver Plume. I need cleaners that will be able to travel to these locations. GREAT OPPORTUNITY ! The position would entail: - Cleaning Airbnb units - Staging the units - Walking through your work to ensure the home is prepared for the next guest (photos and videos are required) We are looking for people who pay close attention to detail, provide quality work, and are hard workers. Work is needed after every booking. A turnover could be any day of the week. Each of the shifts are 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, however additional hours may be available. A reliable vehicle and GPS are required for this position. Our properties are scattered all around Denver and Mountain areas. Things to Know: - We will let you know when a turnover is approaching. Sometimes a booking happens over night, in that case you would need to be available the next day within the hours of 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. - We are able to supply cleaning products for you or you may use your own - The job is physically demanding Requirements: - Reliable Vehicle - GPS - Communication Skills - Hard Working - Attention to Detail - Problem Solving Please attach a resume along with your reply.
