InsideOut Properties of Cape Cod is looking for a part time general maintenance person/handyperson Basic maintenance duties such as checking and filling propane tanks, parking lot maintenance for commercial building, routine monthly tasks on properties, small repairs for minor household issues, small gardening such as keeping walkways and driveways trimmed back from weeds, and other small tasks. Best suited for: - know what tools are and what job they do (we have the tools) - is organized and task oriented. Can work autonomously - generally likes to tinker with stuff and good with their hands - perfect for the retired or those looking for just a few extra weekend hours (Friday-Sunday) - able to lift 50 lbs or the equivalent of a full propane tank Hours are generally Saturday/Sunday 9am-5pm (some Fridays possible) Properties are located in Eastham Also looking for house cleaners! Summer Housing may be available
