Job details Pay $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Job Type Full-time Part-time Number of openings for this position 3 Schedule 4 hour shift 8 hour shift 10 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Benefits Paid time off 401(k) Job description Summary: Responsible for ensuring the care of all animals on our property, the proper care of the kennels, and maintaining cleanliness in the facility area by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Cleans cages, kennels, and animals at discharge and while boarding.* 2. Empties trash in treatment, kennel, office, and training areas.* 3. Washes and puts away dishes and laundry.* 4. Stocks and refills paper towels and supplies at all stations.* 5. Walks animals as needed.* 6. Provides food to animals in facility as outlined on daily procedure board and ensures an adequate water supply to animals at all times.* 7. Determines if areas need to be restocked prior to stock being totally diminished.* 8. Notifies office manager when stock is low or in need of reorder.* 9. Provides general maintenance to facility as needed.* 10. Picks up or drops off animals as needed.* 11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
