PUROCLEAN is a property damage cleanup company. We are a property damage restoration business that handles cleanup from floods, fires, and mold. We are looking for a supervisor - someone who can oversee technicians, be hands on, communicate with customers and insurance adjusters. We are seeking someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, and is a serious multi-tasker. We are looking for a supervisor that doesn't mind getting their hands dirty jumping into a job to do what is needed to get it done. Someone is needed that can coordinate with a project manager AND who can handle a job from beginning to end with minimal guidance. Someone who will also be able to supervise others and handle multiple assignments at once. Supervisor: $27-$29 per hour (based on experience) + bonus potential & paid time off Primary Responsibilities (Restoration experience a must, 2+ years preferred & IICRC certified) • Explain restoration process and answer customer questions, as needed. • Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns. • Communicate job progress to the Project Manager and supervise technicians and their activities. • Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. • Manage job file documentation (paperwork) to ensure complete and accurate project details. • Manage and control costs of production projects. • Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly. • Professional appearance. Position Requirements: • IICRC certifications a MUST • Construction experience/knowledge - able to handle controlled demolition of bathrooms, kitchens, light experience with basic plumbing/electrical - such as detaching toilets, sinks, dishwashers. • Experience in cleaning/restoration required • We require on-call rotations for evening, weekends, and holidays. • Effective oral communication, basic math skills • Ability to accurately diagram work area(s) with a digital measurer • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals • Ability to be "on call" every other weekend a MUST! • Clean driving record is a MUST! • Ability to successfully complete a background check SUBMIT RESUME FOR CONSIDERATION Supervisor: $27-$29 per hour (based on experience) + bonus potential and paid time off
