A Driver Manager will maximize overall day-to-day operations to control costs and expenses to meet or exceed performance standards. Monitor and approve timekeeping and payroll Ensure safe, reliable and on-time service through efficient routing Scheduling regular and urgent van fleet maintenance Ensure (non-cdl ) driver candidates receive proper training to maintain safe driving standards Possess a lead by example mentality Proactive and professional communication with the customers, co-workers and/or direct reports to foster a positive work environment Other duties as assigned Requirements: 2 years’ experience in staff management Experience in transportation and/or logistics a plus Driven leader who is willing to roll-up their sleeves and work alongside the employees Computer proficiency and especially in using MS Office products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license and good MVR Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently, Bilingual a plus To Apply JMN Transportation Inc is an EEO employer - M/F/Vets/Disabled
