Required Qualifications: • Valid Driver’s License • Reside in Idaho • Must be 18 years or older • Ability to travel to various projects and work sites as needed • Ability to work outside in all types of weather Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of CCTV equipment/practices • Traffic Control Certificate • Knowledge of Post-Construction Wet Utilities inspection/maintenance practices • Knowledge of Stormwater Best Management Practices • Knowledge of hydrojetting small and large diameter pipes Downstream Services, Inc. has opened our second located in Spirit Lake. We are looking for laborers to fill our Technician I, II or III positions. Currently this position will require regular travel in company vehicle throughout the state of Idaho and state of Washington. Downstream Services, Inc. will book hotels and provide a daily meal allowance per state requirements. At times this position will require over time, work to be performed at night/on weekends and technician maybe required to be on-call and/or work holiday’s. Job consists of the following duties: • Inspection, maintenance and repairs of channels, outfalls, culverts, and stormwater/wastewater facilities. o Including: removing leaves, weeds and debris from storm drains, drainage ditches and catch basins; removes litter and debris from roadways curbs, shoulders, and sidewalks. • Performs manual laboring tasks including but not limited to hand shoveling, rock/rip replacement, and erosion control installation. • Performs a variety of routine maintenance tasks for stormwater facilities including but not limited to: trimming vegetation, tree pruning, and weed management. • Routinely operates trimmers, pumps, compressors, power tools and other small equipment/tools necessary for the maintenance of stormwater/wastewater facilities. • Routinely drives and operates 800 Gallon Combo Catch Cleaning Truck, pressure washers, trimmers, pumps, compressors, power tools and other small equipment/tools necessary for the maintenance of stormwater facilities. • Prepare the Push Cam and equipment for the scheduled job under the direction of the Operator • Clean and maintain all equipment For more information, please respond to this add or to apply please visit our website (www.downstreamservices.com) and click careers.
