Disabled Senior needs Moving Help

I need one strong person to help move a sofa bed from second floor in Condo to a truck in the driveway. I have two helpers already. You then need to help move a combo washer/dryer into the truck from my garage. This shouldn't take over an hour. I am at 100 East Oak Terrace Drive Unit B3 in Leesburg.
