Skilled home remodeling and laborers needed for new LLC

We are a new start up construction and home remodeling LLC. We are just beginning to expand and need skilled workers to get our scheduled jobs done. We are also looking for some young laborers willing to learn a skill and work hard. It is a permanent position if you show you have what it takes to do the work. We are pretty diverse in the jobs we take. We do carpentry, flooring, fencing, outdoor kitchens decks and pergolas, painting, lawn care, basically anything under the home remodeling category. Some jobs require some electrician and plumbing work but that will mostly be handled by my partner who started this business with me but alot of the jobs we are getting for now are different types of flooring and other interior installations so flooring experience is a good skill for us. Please only apply if you have experience to do these types of jobs or are a hard worker that wants to learn these types of skills. We have alot of good jobs scheduled and there are only 4 of us working right now so we definitely need the help soon. It is also important you have your own transportation as we take jobs not too far but over most of the Jacksonville area but if you live near me and my husband or one of our other employees we might be able to pick you up but its preferable you meet us at the job site. Starting pay depends on your level of skill and experience but if you show you will work hard for us to get jobs done in a timely manner we will quickly bump up your hourly pay.
