Here's a permanent, part-time job: four hours a day, five days a week, keeping the grounds at the two apartment buildings we manage in tip-top shape. We have a great team, and are looking to add someone who is a self-starter who will take pride in keeping these properties clean, attractive and safe. Here's what we are looking for: • Can lift up to 50 pounds • Can Pressure Wash • Can Paint – touch-ups only • Can do light maintenance and carpentry (such as... hammer a loose board) • Have their own hand tools • Live in or near Palatka This job is suitable for a man or woman....Duties may vary a little, but basically will involve picking up and policing the grounds and parking lot, raking and sweeping, and doing some minor fix-its. There are two apartment communities, close to one another, with two hours spent at each apartment. This is a permanent, part-time job. Bene4fits may be included.
