Join the Property Management team at a boutique full service real estate firm that specializes in Leasing, Sales, Property Management, Development, and Construction. Our portfolio consists of around 200 units and counting in South Boston, Back Bay, Somerville, East Boston, Dorchester, and Quincy. We are primarily focused on residential rentals, but we do have a growing number of HOAs and commercial units in our portfolio. We are a close knit, quickly growing company that values teamwork, integrity, honesty, and communication. This position is perfect for anyone who has property maintenance, construction, and/or trades experience and is looking for professional growth in real estate. Responsibilities Respond to maintenance requests that come-in through our Property Management software (Buildium) Perform repairs at properties Work with Property Assistant and report to Property Manager Come up with scopes of work for larger projects and execution plans Maintain ongoing maintenance plans Qualifications Good work ethic Trade, construction, and/or maintenance experience Self-starter Comfortable working both independently and as a team Must have an active driver's license Basic computer skills Organizational skills
