Mac’s Landscaping is an established landscape company looking for an experienced persons to add to our maintenance or construction crews. All RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE based on experience and production MAINTENANCE CREW MEMBER Pay Rate: approx. $20/hr, DOE This is a great position and offers the ability to move up within the company. Ability to become maint. Leader or other crew leader is always available. Basic Duties include: Weed Whacking, Mowing, Blowing, Weeding, etc.. CONSTRUCTION MEMBER: Pay Rate: approx. $22/hr, DOE, Part of the crew, has experience in general landscape duties, can drive a landscape truck & trailer (F-450, etc.), this is not your first-time landscaping. Valid Ma License Required CONSTRUCTION LEADER: Pay Rate: approx. $25/hr, DOE A construction leader can take a small crew with him and complete a job. Understands General landscape installation, works well with a team. Valid Ma License Required. Experience required Requirements for all positions : Valid MA License, Reliable, (Typical hours 7am-4pm), Positive Attitude.
