Seeking talented floral designers to join our established dream team floral shop in Waltham MA. **2-year floral design experience is required, (Experience designing wedding & funeral pieces preferred)** $250 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment! The design position requires design experience in fresh-cut floral arrangements for all occasions. Also, will be assisting customers, answering phones, processing web orders in our FTD POS system, processing all incoming flowers and supplies, handling and maintaining plants, and helping with the upkeep of the shop. The hours vary from 20-40 per week (Mon-Sat) (more hours will be required during major holiday weeks for Christmas, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, & larger wedding/events) (Sundays we're closed, but open & required for Valentine's Day & Mother's Day) We have 2 shift options available. The opening & closing shift. Opening shift is 8:30am - 2:30pm & closing shift is 11:30am-5:30pm *Looking for a team player with a friendly & positive attitude. Hourly pay is depending on skill level.
