Need Quotes to Repair/Replace Vent Pipe

I need a quote to repair the laundry dryer vent pipe. The picture is shown for the bottom connection to the dryer. Rest of the pipe is cleaned out already so if it can be repaired, that would be preferable. If repair is not possible, I need a quote to replace the entire piece (the outside vent is about 7 feet from the ground) which is within the dry wall. So the dry wall would need to be patched up after replacement. Please include in your email whether you are licensed/insured or not.
