Real Estate Management office seeking an experienced Residential superintendent to maintain 2 buildings, 33 and 16 units The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years experience in the field and be able to communicate properly with tenants and property manager. Experience should include : plumbing, basic electric, plaster work, painting, tile work, carpentry and basic knowledge of boilers systems. Job duties : Perform repairs as directed and follow on work orders General building cleaning to include garbage, recycling and Snow removal. Attend to tenants complaints and emergencies as required. We are looking for a working super, not a supervisor !!!!!!
