Nampa Police Department: https://www.cityofnampa.us/588/Police This "man" created a false-front claiming to have 6 Rottweiler puppies and agreeing to a purchase price of $8,500 on 6/15/2022 in writing. He reneged on first-rights refusal under written contracts/verbal agreements as defined by Idaho Administrative Code. The best of assumptions can only be that he was selling puppies he did not factually possess and/or he was setting up people he knew would bring cash for high-way robbery. BE CAREFUL-this man's background doesn't read like it's the former. He registered his home address for his corporate address and very likely suffers severe head trauma. Consider armed-, paranoid of government conspiracies- and extremely dangerous.
