This is a long shot but, if you were at the East Peoria Target tonight, June 24th around 6 - 7pm and see this, I was far too shy to approach you or give you my number/ask for yours. I was wearing the red Under Armour shirt and black shorts and a gray hat. Let me know what you were wearing and what kind of car I was driving when you saw me in the parking lot as we were both leaving while we said bye to each other.
