repair my hose connection on my lift station pump

Description

I have a rubber hose connector piece between PVC piping that has slipped off. It was help in place by 2 hose clamps. It is about 4' down in a large concrete cylinder but I fixed it last time from outside and I'm 5'11". I would like you to put it back solidly- current hoseclamps will have to be loosened the the rubber piece put back over PVC, and all of it re-tightened.
