I’m looking to occupy and fix up a home for someone,in trade of rental fees, I do extremely professional work and I’m looking to get out of a current situation that way I can move forward,im a very hard worker and have much knowledge in multiple areas,I have 13 years + experience and would prefer to show rather than tell,I have plenty of pictures of recent work,and references as well,im 40 years old,and needing a fresh start,I have all my own tools,and transportation, I currently do custom furniture and live edge tables,benches,coffee tables and a small selection of finished and unfinished slabs, i dont party,i will not ever be disrespectful I’m not looking for a permanent solution just one that can let me get some cushion while improving your home, i have no problem signing an agreement that protects both of us,with that being said if you got repairs you want done and do t wanna pay the rising cost of Home improvements,then this is a golden opportunity for you,as well as me, I stay drama free,and is the reason I’m trying to move forward, im very presentable and have a great set of very useful knowledge, if interested shoot me a text @ eight70-two19-fifty9 fifty9,if you can’t reach me by calling shot me a text,sometimes serves is bad and calls don’t come thru,thanks for taking the time to read that,hope to meet whoever wants to get repairs done way cheaper,but with great quality!!!!
