thanx to the the nv. (democrats) we will never get the 18c reduction in gas tax. (like it matters much anyway.) why? some (democrats) in the nv. leg. made sure and put in a statute in the mid 90s that says something like, any reduction or elimination of a federal gas tax, and the NV. state gas tax shall go up by that same amount instantly. (not a joke for real.)
